I'm sure everyone who tries this soup will love this soup I made from Hokkaido squash, which is a very tasty and healthy food. Yes, I accept that it is a little difficult to do, but I think you will say it's worth it after you eat it. I especially had a hard time chopping the zucchini because it requires serious wrist strength. The peel is a little hard. 🤷

First of all, we start by peeling the skins of the materials and chopping them.
We place the peeled and chopped materials on the baking tray on which we have laid greaseproof paper. Then we drizzle some olive oil on it and bake it in the oven at 200 degrees until the zucchini is soft.
We put the cooked ingredients in a pot and turn them into fleas.
Then we pour the boiling water on it and mix it.
Then we put the soup on the stove and add the spices one by one. And we continue to cook in this way for another 5 minutes.
Now our soup is ready to be served! I ate half a bagel with it, it was very tasty. It will also help you stay healthy by warming us in the winter setting!
