Hello Steemfoods Community. Hope you're all good. It's my first time posting here. And I'm going to share my simple recipe. I'm not good at cooking but my children like it. Well, of course they have no other choice. Hehe. This recipe is one of our favorite dish called Kinamatisang Baboy or Sauteed Pork in Tomatoes.

To start with here are the ingredients I used.:
Pork
Tomatoes
String beans
Garlic
Onion
Pechay
String beans
Seasoning (magic sarap)
Salt
Oil

The process:

• Boil the pork for 10 minutes. And after set aside. I didn't throw the soup/broth because i can use it later.

• Saute the garlic until turn lightly brown, then add the onion.

• When the onion becomes translucent add the tomatoes.

• Once the tomatoes becomes soft, let's add the boiled pork, put seasoning and salt. And mix together.

• When pork is already absorbing the ingredients, simmer for 5 minutes to absorb more.

• After, mix for few more seconds and pour the pork broth. And simmer again for not less than 30 minutes to make the pork more soft and easy to chew.

• When meat is ready, add the string beans. Cook it for few minutes.

• Then lastly, add the pechay and cook for 2 minutes.
