in SteemFoods4 years ago (edited)

HELLO STEEMFOODS!

How are you? Hope you are good. Today I want to share with you my lutong pinoy "Adobong Itik".

Yesterday, I cooked Adobong Itik to my carpenters since they only have half day at their work.

Ducks are from the waterfowl family. They are mostly smaller than the geese and swans and may be found in seawater and freshwater.

But, did you know that ducks could be an ingredient in an excellent and wonderful dish? So, Let's get started.
