STEEMFOODS: CHICKEN LIVER AND GIZZARD ADOBO || FOOD RECIPE ||

I want to share my own version cooking of CHICKEN LIVER AND GIZZARD ADOBO. This recipe is easy to prepare for 35 minutes only.
Main Ingredients:
1/2 kilo chicken and gizzard
The spices are:
- 3 pcs long chilli
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 stem spring onion
- 5 pcs laurel leaves
- 1 pc onion
- 1 pc ginger
- 1 pc bell pepper
The seasonings and condiments are:
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 grams magic sarap
- 2 grams msg/umami seasoning
- 2 tablespoon soy sause
- 40 ml vinegar
- 30 ml cooking oil
- 1 small cup of water
//COOKING PREPARATION://
1.Clean and wash the liver and gizzard.
2.Clean and wash all the spices.
3.Cut all the spices, accordingly to your desired cutting and shapes.
COOKING PROCEDURES (step by step)
1.Heat the pan add cooking oil and let it boil then add garlic crushed, onion and ginger saute for a while until the garlic turn into golden brown and add the chicken liver and gizzard then stir fry for about 10 minutes.
2.Add soy sauce, vinegar and water. Then add laurel leaves and bell peper. Cover the pan and cooked for 25 minutes until the liver and gizzard turn to dark brown and become smoother.
3.Add long chilli, salt, magic sarap, msg/umami seasoning and sugar to balance the taste. Then try to taste for the best result, so that you can adjust for your desired taste.
4.Remove from the pan and transfer into plate and add the cut spring onion serve as toppings or decoration, then serve.
