I will share my own version cooking of SAUTED MALABAR SPINACH W/PORK. This recipe is quick and easy to prepare. You try this in your home guys.

The list of ingredients are.

  • 1/4 kilo malabar spinach

  • 1/4 kilo cut pork

  • 1 bell pepper

  • 1 pc onion

  • 3 cloves garlic
    //Seasonings//

  • 1 pouch salted blackbeans (40g)

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1g msg/umami seasoning

  • 2g magic sarap

  • 1g ground black pepper

  • 20ml cooking oil

  • 750 ml water

1.Clean the pork meat, wash 3 times and put it into a strainer and let the water drain.
2.Clean all the spices and wash with flowing water.
3.Cut all the spices according to your desired shapes.

Cooking Procedures ( step by step process )

  1. Prepare the cooking casserole pot and pre-heat. Set the flame into medium range.

  2. Pour the cooking oil add the garlic minced
    and the onion, saute for a few minutes until to turn into golden brown.

  3. Add the pork meat followed the soy sauce and saute for 5 minutes.

  4. After 5 minutes of sauting you may add 750 ml of water bring to boil and add salted black beans, black pepper and cut bell pepper. Then allow to cook the meat for 20 minutes.

  5. Aftet 20 minutes of cooking you may add the salt, umami seasoning and magic sarap, then mixed and try to taste for the best result and add the main ingredients which is the MALABAR SPINACH. Then cook for a few minutes until the leaves looks smother and ready to serve.
