A pleasure to say hello again, I am still out of my city, I am taking care of my father, I take the opportunity to publish my mother's garden, where she has many varieties of condiments ideal for cooking.
Today prepare a chicken stewed with Auyama, and totally fresh seasonings, Here I show you a part of your garden and add it to the food.
The Culantro harvest: an ideal plant for soups, because it is so aromatic, it is beneficial for health. It can be confused with coriander just because of its smell, but they are very different.
The harvest of small oregano: it is ideal for preparing sauces, it has health benefits, ideal for fighting allergies.
Ingredientes:
- Un muslo de pollo
- 200 gramos de Auyama
- 150 gramos de papa
- Culantro, orégano, cebollín, ajo, cilantro.
- Sal y pimienta.
