Hello Guys!

I was very bored the other day and thought that I could only get over it with dessert. So I went to the kitchen and found myself making magnolia while thinking about what to cook. I love to eat and prepare desserts. Especially milky desserts have always been my favourite. I also love sorbet desserts, but sometimes they can be heavy, but milky desserts are much easier for me to digest. That's why my priority is always milk desserts. I found this recipe as a result of my research. I usually cook with different ingredients, but I couldn't get close to the real recipe. But this time I came close with this recipe. My brother, mother and neighbors liked it very much and asked me to do it again. I think I'll make this dessert for home and neighbors for a while! :)

I can't go there and eat this dessert that is famous in NYC. I sometimes come across pictures shared by Magnolia Bakery on the internet. Since I couldn't go there, I had to do this in my own home. I searched the internet and came across a chef's recipe. I adjusted the amount of ingredients according to myself and cooked. Believe me, it's delicious! Now let's move on to the schedule.

Note; By the way, because this recipe is loved so much, I put too many ingredients. At the bottom, I will leave the measurements for 4-6 people that I inspired. You can do it if you wish.

I added all the ingredients except the butter and vanilla to the pot and mixed them. Then I lit the bottom of the stove and cooked it on low heat until it thickened. Be careful not to open the bottom of the stove too much. If you cook it on high heat, it will have a burnt taste. Cook on low heat patiently.

It may look like a liquid consistency, but thanks to the starch in it, it will thicken as it cools. So you don't need to cook it until it has a very thick consistency. If your pudding has a thick consistency, you can dilute it with milk. If it is too liquid, you can increase the consistency by adding starch and milk.

When the pudding is cooked, turn off the stove. Then add vanilla and butter.

I cut the bananas into thin slices and the biscuits into small pieces. Actually, it has its own cookie in the original, but since it was not possible to reach it, the closest taste was the baby biscuits sold in my country. With this biscuit, baby food is made. Even though I'm not a baby, I still buy and consume it occasionally.

I pour a layer of pudding that I prepared in a deep bowl on the base. Then I add biscuits and bananas. I added less biscuits on the first floor. You can add a little more. I added custard on top. I added 2 layers of biscuits and two layers of pudding. You can increase it.

I decorated the top floor with the remaining biscuits.

ENJOY!

When the temperature of the dessert was gone, I put it in the refrigerator. I put it in the fridge for 5 hours. When the dessert is left, all the flavors mix with each other and become much more delicious. You can use an ice cream scoop while serving. You can put it in cups and enjoy it.
