Hello, steemians!

Here's another model kit review for you.

For this model kit review, I have a 1/72 scale Heinkel HE-115 C-1 German WW2 era float plane. This kit was made in the late 1970s by Revell of Germany. All of the printing on the box is in German.

The HE-115 was a float plane that was designed and built a few years before the start of WW2. It first flew in 1937. The plane was designed as a reconnaissance airplane, and also performed duties such as torpedo bomber or mine layer for navel service. It had 3 crewmen. The airplane had a flying range of 2051 miles and was powered by two 9 cylinder air cooled radial engines.

These float planes were used by the German Luftwaffe during WW2, and also used by the Norwegian Naval Air Service, The Finnish Air Force, and the Swedish Air Force. The Swedish Air Force continued to use the planes after the end of WW2, and they weren't taken out of service until 1952.

Here is the video for this kit review. It is a bit over 8 minutes long.

Thanks for checking out this model kit review! I hope you found it interesting.
