so according to you/the guidelines the number 1 and 2 are more active than I am? I find that very hard to believe

It was not my point of view, rather, I am indicating that; On the one hand, communities must comply with the Steemit team's guidelines, and second, that users show good activity on the platform, not just sharing content from time to time or without interacting with other users.
These guidelines are good but I noticed the opposite if it comes to a part of the booster receivers so the question remains: what is good content, what is commenting/engaging/when is one active? Is 10 words typed 30 times within one hour enough?
The criterion is your own. When it is said that the program seeks to support users with good activity, it means that it is constant, that it shares well-organized content, everything depends on the tastes of whoever manages the votes. It's like any referee of a soccer game, not everyone likes the sentences.
