Every Small vote is important

Hello dear Steemians 🤗 Hopefully all are well. Today I just come back again with another important discussion. We don't want to vote by reading other people's posts because we think our vote value is low. Do you know that this small vote of yours is very valuable to the author ? This small vote of yours inspires the work of that writer and motivates him to write better posts.

You may know that after receiving a small upvote, a post with a big upvote increases the payout of that post. So we should give our valuable votes without skipping good posts. It's a very good practice to have a good relationship with each other, I think a small vote has a lot of positive aspects.

Please never ignore important or valuable post, try to resteem that. When a good content is resteemed, everyone can see the post, and the author is highly motivated. Resteeming a good piece of content might allow you to find it in the future and collect information from your profile. So I always try to resteem a good content, this will increase my collection of informative posts.

We should all adopt these two habits. As your valuable votes and resteem increase the value of that author's post, so does your importance to that author. Let's all read each other's posts and give our votes.
