Hello everyone, and happy July!
I'm one of the administrators of the #hindwhalecommunity and I'm Jyoti from India. On behalf of our community staff and members, I'm happy to submit our community's performance monthly report. By doing so, I make a commitment to uphold the #SteemAlliance's rules and regulations. I can tell you that these details will highlight our community's achievement in June 2023.
Our community, which only started eight months ago, has experienced remarkable growth and has been awarded the best neighbourhood of the year 2022. There are now 26 Delegators, 60+ active posters, 992 subscribers, and over 2000 posts in our community. I sincerely wanted to thank the three delegators @aviral123, @yourloveguru, @alfazmalek, @akb01 @fizz0 @mrsokal, @ayazali, and @dove11 for their outstanding support this month.
Our team is committed to the growth of the community, and we are willing to accept any support offered by Steemit such as Booming support , engagement contests etc. To strengthen our community, we've added 2 new moderators this month: @m-fdo and @dove11.

Curation
@hindwhale is the official and curation account for our community. Currently we have 22,355.89 SP SP; and 2,660.43 of that is our own SP, and the remaining 19,695.45 is SP that has been delegated by our members and well wishers.

Booming Report.
Our #hindwhalecommunity has been recognised for Tire-3 Communities and Booming Support, we receive two booming votes per day. Our admins follow Steemit rules and guidelines by selecting the top two posts each day based on quality, consistency, and activity. We provide a weekly booming repost in datail with links to the selected articles, as well as a daily booming selection report. Here's an example of one of the top two posts for booming selection that we publish every day: On June 26, 2023, the top two posts of the day for brisk support from the Hindwhale community Our members will learn who has been picked for growth and promotion through this post, as well as the value of publishing regularly and of excellent quality.
Contests.
One of the community moderators, @m-fdo, organised the Weekly Contest 01 this week to encourage members to write journal posts in the community. The contest is going well, and we hope to have some excellent entries.
Moreover our MOD @dove11 organizing story contests on weekly basis, here is the sample: CONTEST: "I was passing by the lake." which encourages creative writers to submit their imaginary artcicles.
We regularly announce winners of the contest, here is the sample that we revealed the results of powerup contest organised in the community: HWC Contest #18 week 11- Winner Announcement the winners rewarded as booming vote and steems.

Conclusion.
I have tried to submit this report as honestly and genuinely as possible on behalf of our community members and team, in the hopes that the Steem Alliance team will be of tremendous support to our community. We care for our community by creating high-quality, original material that meets steemit standards. We are requesting additional help from @rme and @hungry-griffin to develop our community and increase member growth.
