Therefore, the Nyberg-Rueppel signature scheme can be used to practically improve the way in which smart contracts and the application operates, How this will work is by providing users with private keys with which they will use to generate signatures which they will then use to sign and authenticate any transactions done with smart contracts and decentralized applications.

Additionally, by implementing the signature scheme in smart contracts, the authenticity of every transaction done can be authenticated by verifying the signature used in signing it, doing this helps to improve security and reduces the chances or potential of unauthorized transactions being executed in the blockchain network.
