How to Submit Steem Dapps to DappRadar ?

In this post I want to share education about how to submit Dapp to the DappRadar platform. As we know that DappRadar was started and developed in 2018 as a fast and accurate reasearch and tracking platform about decentralized applications of various protocols.

DappRadar is dynamically engineered with the aim of providing accurate, real-time, high-quality data and analysis. The system and the way things work on the platform are information and data that can be tracked in terms of active users, token volume, and transaction activity based on their respective protocols. Until now there are more than 40 protocols with 14000 decentralized applications that have been registered on DappRadar.

Likewise with the protocol/chain from Steem which has long been registered and is now still active on DappRadar. DappRadar maintains data and information on the homepage for the top Steem DApps in various categories, such as Social, Finance, Gambling, Exchange, Games, etc. Now we can review dozens of Steem Dapps that have been listed on DappRadar, one of the popular and top dapps is Steemit, Wherein, Wormhole3, DrugWars.

Meanwhile there are also dozens of Steem Dapps that have not been registered with DappRadar, so this post will focus on reviewing how to submit Dapps Steem to the DappRadar platform. DappRadar accepts submissions from both community members and dapp developers. The extra work will pay off in high-quality contributions, bringing more users into the dapp ecosystem.

How to Submit Steem Dapps to DappRadar ?

How to submit Dapps Steem to DappRadar? The following is a simple guide that will make it easier for you to submit Dapps! This guide is based on my analysis and experience using features in DappRadar.

Register/Sign Up !

First you have to register to be able to access the Dapp submit feature, you can create an account using MetaMask, OKX Wallet, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet, Unstoppable Domains, or Continue with email. click on the Connect... feature located at the top right on the DappRadar home page. I registered an account easily using the Metamask wallet. If you don't have Metamask, you can install Metamask in google chrome space via this link (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/metamask/nkbihfbeogaeaoeehlefnkodbefgpgknn). Once registered, you can now use the feature to submit dapp.

Submit Dapp !

Before submitting a Dapp listing, make sure you have the assets to complete the general information needed, such as:

• Application Name (Dapp Name)
• Logo (Can be a PNG or JPG file with a size of 250 x 250 pixels)
• Categories (i.e. DeFi, Game, Social, Other (tools))
• Website address (Dapp link)
• Short Description (160 characters or less than the maximum)
• Full Description (Full description of your Dapp)

To submit dapp please go to this link : https://dappradar.com/dashboard/submit-dapp. Then for a guide on how to submit, please pay attention to the image below which is displayed by number.

Take a look at the image below:

1.Make sure you have a logo for your Dapp, upload the Dapp logo, Can be a PNG or JPG file with a size of 250 x 250 pixels.

2.Click on that section and tick "Yes, my dapp is released" if your Dapp has been released and is running on the network.

3.Enter the Dapp name, for example: SteemPro, etc

4.Select and define a Dapp category, for example NFT, Excange, Marketplace, Socil, Defi, Game, Gambling, Others (tool), etc.

5.Enter the Dapp website link address, make sure it works correctly.

6.Write a short description about the Dapp (limit to 160 characters), for example: Lifestyle blogging for earn

7.Select and specify a maximum of 5 tags that are relevant to your Dapp, while the available tags are: NFT, Exchanges, Staking, Yield, DeFi, Move to Earn, Games, Play to Earn, Metaverse, Sports, Marketplaces, Governance, Layer 2, Content Creation, Art, Pools, Gambling, Knowledge, Farming, Discussions, Photos and Videos.

8.Select Steem as the Dapp protocol and enter the Steem smart contracts (can be an address from https://steemblockexplorer.com/ by adding the account username that operates on your dapp network (eg: https://steemblockexplorer.com/@steempro)

9.Enter a full description that explains in detail about the Dapp, the more creative and interesting the description, the more potential it will attract user interest. at the bottom check if Dapp is friendly in a mobile view, then enter the Wechat or Telegram developer/team contact, also with an email address.

10.Enter the daap social media link address (if you have created a social media account for the dapp, such as a Tiktok, Facebook, Twitter or Youtube address.

11.Enter and upload screenshots of the results of the Dapp display, both in desktop and mobile views, up to 3 images maximum.

12.Enter the YouTube link address if you have a video about a review or display of the application display in the form of a video that you have uploaded to YouTube.

13.Double-check the information and data that you have entered starting from numbers 1-12. If it has been verified and correct, then check the "I've read the term...." and click "Submit a dapp"

After clicking submit, you will get a notification that Dapp is in the process of being submitted and reviewed by the team. Usually not less than 3 days, they will send notifications and emails if the Dapp has been approved/verified to be listed on DappRadar. Well, it's quite easy isn't it to submit Dapp?
