In the wallet on Steemit, in the Steem line, you can click on the trade bud and automatically get to the exchange Poloniex.com
However, I could not register there because they require an invitation code...Try it, maybe you will succeed! This exchange is Justin Sun.
Bittrex.com closed the Steem and SBD wallets, I don't use this exchange because it is impossible to withdraw Steem to Steemit.

Can i know when they clost deposits and withdrawal of steem/sbd. Any official announcement they released regarding it.

Your question made me log into my Bittrex account and see that the output and input became available on Bittrex. On October 27, I sold all my Steem/USDT and bought TRX to transfer them to Binance and then to Steemit. Apparently, Steem and SBD wallets are working again this week. I'm glad.
I too holding some funds there,thats why i know..They not Close any regarding steem / SBD.
Steem is still on their list at the 314th row, here is the screen shot of Bittrex list:
