Hi, it's great that you already have some time doing exercises, meditation is great, sometimes I practice it because it is relaxing, one of my teachers suggested me to do it when I feel very stressed by school activities.

Exercising with the bike is also great, where I live sometimes the fans of this activity pass by in line. For your age you seem to be very healthy, I would like to keep fit when I grow up.

Thanks, I am fortunate because I mostly live in a country where we have separate walking, biking, and running paths specially designed for these purposes. As far as my age, anyone who takes care and time with a healthy living style can do it.
