Things are starting to get back to normal, with Phoenix going home yesterday…………😮
Liz and Silvertop didn’t even know how long it would take for Cot and Cyle to “warm up” to their strange looking, furry cousin for this visit!😺
If Silvertop were to “read” the body language of Cot and Phoenix in the second photo, this is what I would deduce …………..😇
Cot…… I’m NOT looking at you dog, this is MY human, and I’m NOT moving!” 😻
Phoenix……..I just want to be near MY human, I’ll just close my eyes, and no one will see me snuggling over here, not even that hairy Cat!🐶
So it began………………..
Feline, and Canine learned to live in close quarters, and “Share” Silvertop and Liz!🥰
They say Cougars and Bears will give each other a wide berth in the forest!
Both are extremely powerful animals.
They both instinctively realize it’s best to go your separate ways than to tangle unnecessarily!😳

Liz and Silvertop headed out for today’s hike with our friend Jan………
Phoenix and our son Bill were stuck in rainy bumper-to-bumper traffic.
The two of them were headed to the Sunny side of the Cascade mountains, Bill was taking Phoenix grouse hunting!
Phoenix looked happy with her day glow orange hunting collar, she was also with Bill!😍
Back home, after today’s hike, Cot came over and snuggled close to Dad…..😻
