I tend to look at things like the second photo……………..
The waves are crashing on the rocks!😮
Tomorrow the rocks will still be there, and most likely the Ocean will be calm.😊
This is similar to the day in,and day out waves, of the crypto markets…………😇
Learning to step back, and spend some time at the Ocean, recenters Silvertop!
When you decide to get yourself in better shape, you need a resolve….. a solid plan, and you need to stick to it!😇
It’s very easy to step away from a healthy lifestyle, we have become a sedentary computer generation!😮
They call this “Diamond Hands” in the world of crypto!
So today Silvertop took a deep breath of salt air, put my iPhone in my pocket, and listened to the waves crashing on those rocks………..
Tomorrow, or the next day, or maybe the next month, everyone will be talking about “fear of missing out” FOMO, instead of “fear, uncertainty, doubt” FUD!😇
Next month my youngest son will celebrate his 36th Birthday with his Wife!🥰
