Life is filled with work, should I quit?

If the job is great and takes all your time why should one quit? I won't. I would see it as my hobby as soon as this isn't the case you can better stop.

There are plenty of jobs? Are there? Not if it comes to me so before you tell the employer you leave it's better to check if anyone likes to hire you. Too high educated, too expensive, not interested, sorry, no vacancy and many other reasons I've heard. The thing is about work one has to live so a salary is welcome or? Important is as well to have a good working environment, co-workers, the employer and fun in what you do. If this isn't the case it will be hard to continue and it isn't worth the stress to work day and night and give up on your social life.

No matter what we do we always have to sacrifice something. If the family is important find something else. If no family and you want time for yourself, and a hobby do so. One person doesn't need as much as a family. You might earn less but it's not important since free time is unpayable. My mom said she couldn't do today what she would have liked to do when she was younger. Well, she could but she meant that it will not feel or be experienced in the same way.

All the best with your dilemma.

Everyone works one way or another. Even just breathing is a kind of work.

That is a good remark. I had 2 jobs next to 2 volunteer and my own business and although today I no longer do this all my days are still full with "obligations" and hard work. It beats me how I handled this years ago.
Breathing, getting out of bed, shopping, waiting for others it's all time consuming and good for lack of time to...

🍀♥️

What can I say? Iworked a lot tried harder to make up with the family (quality time, no time for me 🤔). I better write about it.
