Yes it is the same logic as one you mentioned.
I noticed there were a lot of debates of service charge.
I will consider users' opinions. Thank you for letting me know this project.
My purpose with EverSteem is to write valuable articles which lasts long and get reward as long as a user wants to upvote.
If it gets enough adoption from curators, I think this would be a fantastic incentive for authors to spend more time and effort to produce interesting posts that would keep delivering rewards over the long term.
If I remember right, the reason that I rarely used the previous implementation was that you could only upvote posts that had been submitted through their interface. To get traction, I think it would be ideal to enable late upvotes for all posts, no matter where they were originally created.

thank you for your opinion. At least a upvote should happen in my app to get reward if a post is older than 7 days.
I will consider your suggestion that allows upvotes on posts originally written in other apps.
Btw, what I am trying is a patreon like app dedicated to crwative authors.

This sounds like a fair idea. The old steem bounty only worked if you added your post/changed the link.
