Fixes:

• Responsiveness: Resolved issues with the chat component’s responsiveness across devices. Fixed the chat input component, ensuring it displays properly on mobile devices.
• User ID: Corrected an issue where the getUserChatList API was receiving a null user ID.
• useEffect Dependency: Added userDetails as a dependency in the useEffect hook to trigger a data refetch when changes occur in the userDetails object.

Updates:

• Login KeyChain Function: Streamlined the process by passing values directly from the getSteemAccount API response to various APIs and states, optimizing data flow.
