Tinulang Isda with cabbage and asparagus beans

Good day everyone, today I will share with you another simple recipe that I prepared this morning in titled, "Tinulang Isda with cabbage and asparagus beans".

Early this morning, my father went to the sea to catch fish and when he got home, he got a bunch of fish (enough food for us for one day). Then I get those fishes and start removing the scales and it's internal organs and washed it with a clean water. I separated the small and medium fish to prepare two different dishes this mornings. The other dish I prepared is Kinilaw na Isda, just click the link to see the procedure. Anay way let's go back to the main dish of the day "Tinulang Isda".

After cleaning all the fish, prepare the ingredients to be used for cooking. They are:

  • Fish
  • Cabbage
  • Asparagus beans
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Calamansi (lemon)
  • salt
  • water
  • seasonings

NEXT is the Procedure:

  1. In a pot, put the ingredients, garlic, onion, tomato and the asparagus beans and turn on the gas stove and let the water reach its boiling point.

  2. Once the asparagus is tender, put on the fish and cover the pot then wait again for the water to boil and then put the cabbage and cover the pot for 5 seconds.

  3. Add a salt and the seasoning. Mix it well. Make sure again that you got the expected taste you want.

  4. Lastly, turn off the gas stove and squeeze the calamansi and mix them up.

  5. Then, the Tinulang Isda is now ready for serving.😋
