There is still a long way to go and support continues to flow in the Steem Community, support is a positive value in supporting the development of Steem and its users. How happy it is when the support and motivation comes to every user, it really supports every content and work produced to be more valuable. This support isn't from one or two users alone, even some of the leaders and community staff also give positive vote to creative content. This will support content creators to maintain quality and increase creativity in creating content.

Since the first time we joined the Steem community, it felt like we didn't know which direction to take. Sometimes we think several times, where should we walk? Maybe at that time we were still very indecisive and that's when we needed to find out which interests were more likely to be pursued further. Some people start to try to be more creative, then make it easier to find information. Even the majority think that Steem is a business so they do this job with sufficient preparation. Then prepare plans for the future by making real programs and projects, so they are able to convince many people and then invite investors to invest in Steem.

With the formation of several solid Steem communities has raised the degree of many creative users to be active again. They have the confidence to do their job and deserve a positive vote. However, we still have to keep the Steem value movement in the Crypto market stable, then it is recommended not to forget to turn on Steem (Power up) from some of the results we have. This is a very natural thing to do because this is the foundation for the future, then we will also help support many others to succeed on Steem.

Maybe today we are crawling to gather energy and power for Steem. We must continue to make ourselves able to develop and be able to improve skills in the Steem community. Even though today we have not reached that point of success, we must be proud and happy to see people who were successful first. They have displayed the works they produced, so they deserve to win. They are great people who have struggled for a long time to sail the sea of Steem, they struggle at all costs and do hard work.

This is an appreciation that they have achieved, thus becoming a motivation and inspiration for many other users. We all have to appreciate and be proud of those who first developed and succeeded. Thus they have helped many people and given positive Votes, they have spread kindness and shared many experiences. The positive is that the Steem Community has brought together many active users and made things more well-organized.

Never give up and there is no need to worry if your abilities are not comparable to others, but we must admit it and then learn from the achievements of others. Take the time to join and share with them, so with their direction and guidance we will be more focused. Then what we need to do is develop unlimited talent and creativity in the Steem Community. You will have a chance later if you can prove the work, surely there will be achievements that you will get.

We take a little lesson from Chess game tricks, This is a comparison with real life stories. We continue to develop several Chess pieces (Rook, Horse, Queen, Minister) quickly and often, in order to protect the King. Then we remove the Chess piece from the initial position to open options and set the game strategy. Pawns are the beginning of the game of Chess, they are also a barrier to guarding other, more valuable pieces.

Sometimes people often ignore the Pawn, a small pawn standing in the front row that is often used as bait. Even though we don't realize that the Pawn piece has a special ability, that is, if it reaches the other side of the board, the Pawn piece can become another chess piece (called a promotion). The Pawn piece can be promoted to any piece, it can even be promoted to Minister. At the beginning of the game, Pawns are not really taken into account and aren't as aggressive as other pawns. But it will be very valuable and indispensable at the end of the game, when other pieces have fallen victim.

It's not much different when it comes to us Steem users and Newcomers, when we first started we both started from zero and empty-handed. All successful people have gone through such a long struggle. Slowly, step by step passed with various obstacles. The struggle which is accompanied by obstacles must be overcome by any means so that they have reached the top. So based on that experience, we can take a valuable lesson to be consistent in doing something, stay optimistic no matter what the conditions are.

Now we need to take action to act on the work that supports future success. We must learn from the smallest things in order to be able to create big changes, then prepare for the Power and Energy in the future. Then accept every fact, appreciate the criticism and suggestions given by others. There will be a lot of positive input if we are able to digest it well, then make changes in ourselves. We must believe that the small actions we are currently taking will produce big results in the future.
