An idea becomes a reality when we know what we want to achieve, when we define our goal precisely. Since I didn't know English, I made a few mistakes and got on the black list, each of my posts was transparent, I didn't earn anything for more than ten days, every day I reported that I wrote the post in a regular way without mistakes. It’s a life-changing school, I honestly wasn’t a real plagiarist or spammer, I was very close to that definition, but it’s good that I learned the rules the right way. I saw that there are a lot of users who know English, who don't know or know what to do, then I opened Steem Schools to help new users become real Steemians.In two months I had over 7500 users on the discord channel, we did education every day, contests, karaoke parties, poetry classes, etc.Enthusiasm and mission drive things, today we have about 4000 users in the Steem Schools community, thank you for the great support of @steemcurator01 and to the Steemit Team.Leadership is a great responsibility, they ask me every day to help them, it is important to understand that we need to give people knowledge, the opportunity to achieve the right results, the introduction is just a small stimulus. I can’t use other people’s ideas as my own, to use other people’s posts as my own, leaders support other people’s ideas that are good, that have a strong foundation for the Steem Universe. There are three ways to earn a lot of money: 1. A high-income job, 2. A high-income profession, 3. A high-income knowledge / skill. Steem blockchain has all three earning options, each of you can choose the option that suits him best.I have approved the way to educate people, to show new users the fastest way they can achieve great success. Credibility and respect is something that every user should deserve, it is a detail that is important for your reputation and success. At the beginning it was not easy for me to believe that I will once have 78 reputations on Steemit, that I will have over 200,000 sp, now I have other goals, that Steem Schools reaches 10,000 users, that the quality of posts increases, that more investors are brought. It was important to me to divide my big goal into smaller daily work tasks, discipline is crucial for my success, for your success and for Steem leadership.
