When we manage to make some success then we come to the next level which is the level of the ego, we think we are irreplaceable, that we are the best and most powerful in the whole world. If we work together in a team then we think we have become bigger than the team, we are smarter, we are at the level of ego that comes after knowledge takes knowledge and we think we are more capable and smarter than others, that is where our decline occurs. In this period, it is important to understand that we need to get out as soon as possible, we usually do not experience the stuff and so only when a big mistake happens we realize that there are different principles of success. The next level is the comfort zone, when we experience a lot of failures we no longer want to take risks, we just want to stay in the safe zone, there is no more progress here. When we understand that mistakes are the best teachers and when we move forward, then the right knowledge comes to fruition, then we move forward.
