Nomination for the Steemit Awards 2022 from @mamamasha

Hello everyone Good mood, good health and peace to all!

This is my first time participating in the nomination, I will try to be brief, honest and objective.
Categories of nominations:

1. The best author
2. The best contribution to the community
3 . The best community.

1. The best author - @filinpaul

@filinpaul has been a representative of Russia for a long time, led, helped, taught and explained a lot to us. He organized several contests himself.
He writes with his usual subtle humor, analysis and conclusions. His articles are easy to read, full of optimism and reasonable criticism. I really hope that nothing will prevent the Steemit team from awarding him the annual it Awards.

It is a very difficult choice, I love every author, I read with pleasure whenever possible and, due to my small capabilities, I support with an apom and a comment.
I regret that many Russian-speaking authors have already left the project without waiting for support and understanding.
Therefore, I dare to remind you that there are wonderful authors among us who have not been noticed and supported for a long time:
@nklm, @avoicest, @rut-ru, @sptd, @strawberrry, @may2015, @apnigrich, @soroka74, @eto-ka, @galca, @knopka145, @bukvoed, @notannov, @greencmetaha, @igarrik, @alena-vladi, @diivlev, maybe I missed someone, I'm sorry.

I really want the Steemit team to pay attention to the authors listed above.

2. The best contribution to the community - @greatketty

@greatketty - founder of the community @SteemFamily.
Undoubtedly, it was she who made a greater contribution to the development of the community. It is her energy, initiative, determination, desire to develop and support the community, the ability to rally, organize and encourage community members to be active, blogging, participating in competitions, keep the community afloat.

It is simply impossible to underestimate and not see her contribution to the development of the community, everything that is happening in the community now is the result of her work.

@greatketty she brings up two small children, tries herself in programming, reads a lot, writes, runs a personal blog and "drags" the community, supervises in manual mode, finds words of support for everyone.

It would be fair if the Steemit team recognizes her victory in the "Best Contribution to the Community" nomination

3. The best community - @SteemFamily

It's easy to be successful when there is support, when you are someone's protégé. But the @SteemFamily community has no wealthy curators, no, and there was no real support. The community relies on delegated support from its members and those crumbs that collect posts from the community itself.

The @SteemFamily community was founded in July 2021, its founder is the aforementioned @greatketty.

At the moment (11/20/2022), the basic information on the community looks like this:

The community has its own account. This account supports posts written in the community.

Initially, the global goal of the community was:

bringing families together, creating together and helping each other around the world. To gather talented young parents in one community who would be interested in sharing news and events of family life, telling about their own discoveries and secret methods of education.

At the very beginning of the journey, it was like that, parents from all over the world wrote here, but over time, not finding support from the curators and not seeing the interest of the Steemit team in developing the community, the authors of other countries left.
The community has repeatedly applied for curating, there have been attempts to search for community representatives among authors from other countries, but the community has not received support. Since then, as they say, "stew in our own juice"

The community continues to work, unite and captivate the remaining authors and therefore deserves an award at the end of 2022 - the award Steemit Awards.

Всем привет! Всем хорошего настроения, крепкого здоровья и мира!

Я впервые участвую в номинации, постараюсь быть краткой, честной и объективной.

Категории номинаций:

1. Лучший автор
2. Лучший вклад в сообщество
3. Лучшее сообщество.

1.Лучший автор - @filinpaul

@filinpaul долгое время был представителем России, курировал, помогал, учил и многое объяснял нам. Сам организовал несколько конкурсов.
Пишет с присущим ему тонким юмором, анализом и выводами. Его статьи легко читаются, полны оптимизма и разумной критики. Очень надеюсь, что временное и не значительное снижение его активности не помешает команде присудить ему ежегодную премию Steemit Awards.

Очень трудный выбор, я люблю каждого автора, по возможности с удовольствием читаю и в силу своих маленьких возможностей, поддерживаю апом и комментарием.
Сожалею что многие русскоговорящие авторы уже покинули проект, не дождавшись поддержки и понимания.
Поэтому смею напомнить, что среди нас есть замечательные авторы, которых в упор не замечают и не поддерживают уже длительное время:
@nklm, @avoicest, @rut-ru, @sptd, @strawberrry, @may2015, @apnigrich, @soroka74, @eto-ka, @galca, @knopka145, @bukvoed, @notannov, @greencmetaha, @igarrik, @alena-vladi, @diivlev, всем, кого здесь не упомянула, приношу извинения.

Очень хочется, чтобы команда Steemit обратила внимание на перечисленных выше авторов.

2. Лучший вклад в сообщество - @greatketty

@greatketty - основатель сообщества @SteemFamily.
Бесспорно, больший вклад в развитие сообщества внесла именно она. Это её энергия, инициатива, целеустремлённость, желание развивать и поддерживать сообщество, умение сплачивать, организовывать и побуждать членов сообщества к активности, ведению блогов, к участию в конкурсах, держат сообщество на плаву.

Не дооценить и не видеть её вклад в развитие сообщества просто невозможно, всё что сейчас происходит в сообществе - результат ее труда.

@greatketty воспитывает двоих маленьких детей, пробует себя в программировании, много читает, пишет, ведёт личный блог и "тащит" сообщество, курирует в ручном режиме, для каждого находит слова поддержки.

Будет справедливо если команда Steemit признает её победу в номинации "Лучший вклад в сообщество"

3. Лучшей сообщество - @SteemFamily

Легко быть успешным, когда есть поддержка, когда ты являешься чьим-то протеже. Но у сообщества @SteemFamily нет состоятельных кураторов, нет, да и не было реальной поддержки. Сообщество держится на делегированной SP от своих участников и тех крохах, что собирают посты самого сообщества.

Сообщество @SteemFamily было основано в июле 2021 года, его основатель вышеупомянутая @greatketty.

На настоящий момент (20.11.2022г) основная информация выглядит так:

У сообщества есть свой аккаунт. Этот аккаунт поддерживает посты, написанные в сообществе.

Изначально глобальной целью сообщества было:

объединение семей, совместное творчество и помощь друг другу по всему миру. Собрать в одном сообществе талантливых молодых родителей, которым было бы интересно делиться новостями и событиями семейной жизни, рассказывать о собственных открытиях и секретных методиках воспитания.

В самом начале пути так и было, сюда писали родители со всего мира, но со временем, не найдя поддержки со стороны кураторов и не видя заинтересованности команды Steemit в развитии сообщества, авторы других стран ушли.
Сообщество неоднократно подавало заявку на кураторство, были попытки поиска представителей сообщества среди авторов других стран, но поддержки сообщество так и не дождалось. С тех пор, что называется, "варимся в собственном соку"

Сообщество продолжает работать, объединять и увлекать оставшихся авторов и поэтому достойно награды по итогам 2022 года - премии Steemit Awards.
