The Communities of the Month Support Program - Application by @SteemFamily

Good day! Today I am glad to present to your attention a young and kind community @SteemFamily. The community has active authors from different countries: Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Nigeria, Argentina, Venezuela, Pakistan, Ghana and other countries. We are all different, but we are united by Steemit and good family values.

The community got support for the September boom and showed great results. We invite you to consider our application for October.

Our community brings together parents and children from all over the world. The tasks include the development of the creative abilities of children and adults, conducting joint useful leisure, maintaining and developing family traditions. We discuss relationship topics and share useful life hacks for raising children, keeping order in the house.

Steemit allows parents to invest their time and money in their future and the future of their children, while being confident in the future. By spending a few hours a day writing community posts, parents can spend more time with their children.

Our global task is to attract parents from all over the world to write posts, communicate and find answers to their questions on the steemit platform.

Our team is young and friendly: this is @ greatketty and @atomkos from Russia, @nesmeliy from Ukraine and @vlad26 from Moldova.

Each team member provides all possible assistance in the development of the community, for example, increasing the prize fund of competitions or actively commenting on author's posts.

We can see that there are many posts in the community from authors from Nigeria, Argentina, Ghana, Pakistan, Venezuela and other countries. The community has a curator account @steemit-family from which posts are supported. The account has 5407 sp, 636 of which is its own power, everything else is received in the process of delegation from various community members. I must say that last month the strength was 2740 SP, its own strength was only 30.

Over the past month, it was possible to significantly increase the strength of the vote of the supervising account.

Compared to last month, our strength has increased as follows:

All rewards received by the curator account will go into effect. Community contests are sponsored by organizers and contributors.

Voting takes place from the account every day. Support is sent both to the authors of this community and outside it (in order to popularize and attract new authors).

The works of community members are checked by moderators for plagiarism. The service text.ru is used as a means of verification.

We also conduct contests in which the risk of plagiarism will be minimized.

As for the texts and photos, the participants prepare high-quality posts that make them want to comment and develop the topic. Also, our moderators follow the activity, who do not leave the entries unattended.

In the community, almost every post is supported from a curator account. This allows us to stimulate the activity of authors. In the future, it is planned to introduce a rating of comments from @alexmove.

The involvement of the authors is also facilitated by the popular vote, which takes place in the photo-hunting competition. Five works become the winners of the competition, the best one is chosen by popular vote. In the future, we plan to develop the community, make it accessible and interesting both for new users and for those who have been on the platform for a long time.

As a team, we discuss the introduction of new rubrics and challenges, assignments for authors. In our dreams, we have a big family picnic, but in actual conditions this is not yet possible.

We are considering the option of launching the challenge of writing paper letters to each other in order to introduce and make friends with guys from different countries.

We promote the community both inside the platform and outside it. In particular, we use discord (https://discord.gg/gyNZcnD2c2) and telegram (https://t.me/steemit_contests).

Since we have a family audience, it can often be found on thematic platforms and forums. Our further advancement is planned there.

We are not chasing the number of users, we invite active authors who are ready to create unique content, comment and be involved in the life of the community.

There are many Russian-speaking authors in our community thanks to the strong community @Steem-BRU (BY-RU-UA).

We also plan to communicate with representatives of different countries so that they motivate their fellow citizens to write quality content to the community.

The community is unique and exclusive. It brings together children and parents from different countries, cultures and religions. There is a lot of motivation in the community for co-creation and spending time. In the outside world, we work to recruit talented family writers.

Thanks to support in September, the community was able to double their voice power! We are committed to further growth and development. More than ever, the community needs the support of curators. It would also be interesting and helpful to get feedback to understand in which direction to work to improve the community.
