Getting the Right People On Steemit is Very Crucial for Its Success.. Who are the Right People?

Promoting steem to more people is very crucial to the long term sustainability of the Steemit blockchain. New users as well as new Investors are all needed to ensure the Steemit success.

I also believe getting the right people onboard is more important than getting everyone onboard. Steemit success greatly depend on the people that I call ''the right people". It is not everyone who is ready to be here. I always come across such folks when promoting steem.

These folks see the Steemit platform as complex and unfriendly as it requires you to do more to be rewarded. They see Steemit as stringent and lacking the fun they experience on other social media platforms. For this reason the right education must be given at all times to new recruits to first understand how Steemit works.

I see the Steemit platform on a different level when it comes to social media, newbies on steemit would have to engage in self learning, to ensure continuous learning, complete the achievements post in order to progress at their own pace, perhaps this could be one of the reasons why some folks see steemit to be strict. I am of the believe that Steemit is not meant for everyone and so in our quest for getting more users to the steem blockchain we must also endeavor to look for those not just enthused to join because of the monetary rewards.

The right people have an investor's mindset and will think about investing into the system for good return in the long run. When I first joined steemit in 2017, I was enlightened about the need to power up, I remember powering up all my first payout and even didn't consider withdrawing any of my payouts for some time. it was when I needed to be convinced that steem can actually be converted to fiat currency that I made my first withdrawal.

I'm convinced that staying for the Steemit community has a lot to do with powering up from time to time. To know if a person will stay for the community I will ask about what he will be doing with his first and subsequent payouts. The person's response will let me know where he stands and what he can actually add to the steem blockchain.

In all my Steem promo activities I try as much as possible not to quickly sign up anybody until I'm convinced the person is ready to learn. Those that are ready to learn keep reading and ask very important questions. We may be thinking that just signing up more people is good but it's also likely that we will have many dormant accounts if we don't become very particular about our choice of users for the Steemit platform.
