The Power of 8-PAC’s

8PAC Figure 1.jpg

This Inverted Pyramid in Fig.1 is a good graphic representation of the stability of the 8-PAC Matrix.
It shows that the structure will remain stable only so long as the Individual Member at its base maintains his or her interest in the Group Goal. The moment an Individual member loses interest – for that person, the structure ceases to exist. There is never Force applied to keep someone as a Member of any Group. He or she just disassociates from that Group, because it is no longer their Goal.

8PAC Figure 2.jpg

In Fig. 2, the person acting as the Delegate for the whole Group, speaks with one voice for that Group. If the internal refinements to the Common Goal and the 8-PAC’s themselves have been successful, then each Member will be in agreement with the General Accord reached.

8PAC Figure 3.jpg

The two triangles superimposed would look like Fig. 3.
As the internal discussion continues, and more Members join, and the Common Goal is refined against the realities of the Real World – the structure acts like a Group Capacitor. It gains Potential Energy in relation to the Real World until it has accumulated enough Energy in the form of pledged Monies to discharge and cause the Realization of the Goal.
That is the point at which each Member willingly puts his or her hand in their pocket or purse, and sends their self-assessed apportionment to the collecting agent for disbursal.

The Black triangle represents the leaderless Individual and his or her Group.

The Red triangle represents the resultant Group acting as a single entity.

The little lightning bolt represents the increasing power generated, as the Group refines its Goal, grows in numbers, and increases the amount of pledged money – until final discharge into Society.
