World Smile Project Official Report: Program Coordination Meeting

World Smile Project has successfully run two construction programs in 2 different countries at almost same time, the first one is the Manuel housing program in Montalban-Carabobo state Venezuela, and the other one is a class in the Free Education Center Boarding School in Aceh -Indonesia. Finishing the two programs is not the end, World Smile Project is preparing and implementing new programs both in Aceh and Venezuela.

The recent program in Venezuela is an Economic Aid Program initiated by @mariana4ve. The program took place in the hospital of the Apure State pediatric area. Complete information was posted in the link below:

Our World Smile Project team led by @lacharrakey, really creating smile on the face of the children in the Pablo Acosta Ortiz San Fernando de Apure Venezuela. It is what I really wanted to see!

Apparently, World Smile Project and Better Life Community will go further with many initiative came out from the team. Since the conversation with @mariana4ve during my crazy busy time, we would like to announce that the World Smile Project is preparing the new program implementation in Aceh and Venezuela.

For venezuela there are 4 program that are under preparation; as listed below:

• Exceptional Kids Program

3 Kids from Montalbán will participate in a baseball TryOut to qualify for college scholarships in the United States.
They require: sweatpants and socks, they will wear the O.K. flannel and cap, to participate they must pay 20usd each, plus meals and transportation to the capital. Estimated budget. 200 usd (450 steem approx). Mariana will prepare the detail information and report in her post. (it is a copy of our conversation). She (Mariana) will prepare the detail and report about the program.

• Housing Assistance Program.

@Eusoj is a 15 year old kid living in Zulia State. He was the winner of one of the STARKID prizes, with that money he undertook the mission to restore an old room and turn it into his room, since he lives in a house that does not belong to him. He has only managed to restore 70% of the room and I want to help him finish. We don't know the budget yet, but I estimate about 60 usd (140 Steem). (Copy of our conversation). I am happy to see this project and creating the smile of others, and I am ready to support with the @worldsmile account as well!

• World Smile Project Promotion Program.

Mariana have already proposed the contest, for those who share the most for the benefit of the WSP during December will be awarded with special gifts. The participation is being quite active, as you can check the tag and the reports published by Mariana. The price could be WSP T-shirts, personalized coffee mugs, a wooden trunk, a wooden Steem keychain and chocolates. It is interesting because the Christmas is up a head, creating the smile in the world is something really important to us. In addition to the winners (5 or maybe 10) we would like to give the 3 women who run the medical equipment program an additional giveaway. The budget will be prepared, and @worlsmile is ready to support with any way possible.

• December Smiles Program.

Mariana would like to organize Christmas lunches or dinners in different areas of the country, MEETUP there are groups of Kids who know each other and live nearby. She has very reliable people who can organize the meals and bring the kids together to give them a special moment. She also would like to send everyone who attends a personalized coffee mug with chocolates inside. A nice gift of smile for everyone. Budget will be prepared accordingly (It is our WA meeting/chat)

On the other hand, the World Smile Project team in Aceh has held the official meeting on 12th December Gathaf Coffee Shop. The meeting was to re-organize the project and assembling the team for next program, the minute of the meeting is as below:

Meeting Agenda:

• Developing next program of World Smile Project in Aceh
• Steem For Better Life Community development program

Vanue: Gathaf Coffee, Teupin Punti, North Aceh

Attendents:

Minute:

1. The initial program of the World Smile Project is implementing the rehabilitation and construction of the Public Latrin and water system facility.

2. The organic sustainable food will be launched immediately

3. Housing renovation program, will be included in the next project and the technical meeting will be held on 22nd of December 2021.

4. Handover ceremony for the free education center will be led by @miftahuddin and the team soonest possible and the banner has been printed

5. Sharing reward of the post will again re-establish to speed up the program implementation

6. Sustainable environment program will be design accordingly and it will focus on two aspects which are cleaning the river and shore, and replanting the mangrove. The project will be a long run program as at least it will take one year.

After all, I would like to thank all parties involve to make the World Smile Project run this far and many program have been implemented in Aceh, Venezuela, Philippine and other part of the world.
