Today was a strange day, it seemed like it would rain, but it didn't. The dark clouds were looming, but there was no sign of rain. It's all up to God's will, whether it rains or not. But as humans, we can at least try to predict whether it will rain or not. The weather was extremely hot and humid, and it was unbearable to stay outside. Even the fan was not providing much relief. I was thinking that a light drizzle would be nice, but when I mentioned it to my father,
he said that if it rains too little, the environment will become even more polluted, and the heat would increase even more. But if the rain is heavy, the environment might become pleasant, and the cool breeze might start blowing. Actually, if the rain is light, the earth's heat will not be released, and heavy rain is necessary for that. Then, the earth's heat will be released, and the weather will become cold. But this heavy rain will create problems for us due to the environment around us, which is polluted and filled with garbage in every corner of the city. This heavy rain will cause difficulties for us.
We can only imagine how difficult it must be for those who have to work outside in this heat. We can see and feel their struggles. Even staying at home was not providing much relief, the heat was unbearable. I was thinking about those who have to go outside, what must be going through their minds? The heat is so intense that people's health is deteriorating.

Take Shower:

I wanna told you that must take shower every day. and for a working person i wanna say that take bath at both time when you go outside and a well as the same when you come home.

Drink Plenty Of Water:

Must drink water too much. drinking water in this type of whether is important to prevent heat stroke and dehydration.

Refreshment

Drink a cold juice or a cold drink, and you'll feel quite refreshed.

Protect Yourself

Try to avoid going outside on peak sun hours if it is not necessary to go.
