Club5050 || The Diary Game || 19 Nov 2021 || First day at Ijtima || 10% to world Smile Project!

Hey Everyone, this is Haidermehdi. Currently serving as the Country representative of Pakistan. I am sure all of you are doing great in your life.

This is my first ever diary game in any community other than Steemit Pakistan almost in a year's gap :) I chose this community because i wanted to contribute in the worldsmile project somehow :) I loved the initiative thus i am here to participate. Meanwhile i can make new friends here perhaps and share some of my moments with different people around the world :)

The day started beautifully as it was friday and our first day at the Bahawalpur Ijtima! For the last time when i went to the Ijtima, It was November 2016! This time it was November 2021! Almost a gap of 5 years and everything had changed. There were a lot more people. There were a lot more camps. The cards making process had changed and much more to add.

When we arrived, it was 12:30 pm already so everybody just put their stuff in the camp and started getting ready for Jumma prayers. I got my card and then started preparing for Namaz. We were so busy at that time that i even forgot to take my bag from the Bus. But thanks to Allah first and then the driver that he came to return it to our Camp! We invited him for Namaz and that's how we could have him with us for the rest of the Ijtima too Alhamdulillah :)

We offered the Jumma prayers and as it was first day, the Bayan and Duroos were to start after Asar prayers thus we had some time to get set and rest before the Series of Duroos (Islamic Teaching) begins. We went to our camp all which was in a good shape thanks to the management and then booked our places there. Lunch was called thus all of us sat in queues to get our food right. I hiddenly took a click of my uncles eating in front of me :p We are not allowed to do such photography there but i had to breach the guidelines and i later confessed to the Ameer that i took some clicks and he forgave me and told not to show off but to use as a memory :) And i am here making and saving memories :))

Trip To Noor Mahal!

Our camp was perfectly set and then we went out on a trip to Noor Mahal. It was a palace basically which have now turned into a museum lol, People come here to visit the ancient items and we also went there for the same purpose. Although it was our first day, but we had planned that we will do our outing on the first day in the free slots and then we would be able to focus completely on the Ijtima. Thus we went to the Noor mahal and also took some pictures!

We roamed around the whole palace and then came back out. We started discussing with each other that we had seen some sort of basements on the internet but we couldn't find the way to the basement! How is it possible? Have we come to the wrong place? Then there we found a guide who told us about the basement thus we went to the basement. There were separately made floors for the men and the women! It was unbelievable to quite an extent but as it is true, we had to believe that!

Then finally we came out the place and took pictures in the garden. This is the best of the lot. We don't take a lot of selfies. We only took 3 pictures and i personally believe that this one is the best of them all :p

Then we heard the Asar Azan and realized that we had got late! As we had to reach the Ijtima gah before Asar prayers. But since we got late and we could not return on time, we offered Asar prayers in the Mosque nearby built within the Mahal. And then we said goodbye to the guide and management. Went out of the Mahal, booked our ride and then head towards the Ijtima gah!

As soon as we reached the Ijtima gah, we got scolded by our seniors upon coming late to the place :-( We missed our first lecture . We apologized as we could not manage our time and then re joined the sessions. After the Maghrib prayers, i went to our camp and saw a lot of people preparing to sleep so early. I talked to the seniors and he scolded them too :D As it was time for another lecture series until Isha prayers. Here is how our camp looked :)

As the lecture series ended, we went back to our camps, did our dinner and then rested for a while. With in the limits of Ijtima gah, there were placed some stalls where we could buy things that were being sold by some of our members. So we went to see what was on offer. It was extremely cold there, almost 6 degree Centigrade. Thus we had tea there and then me and my uncle took soup too :p It was delicious and in such weather, it is always great to have some chicken soup :p
