In the digital era like today, the form of data collection has begun to shift from paper and pencil to digital forms that can be accessed online. This module is structured according to the stages in data collection, namely:

1. Create an Inquiry Form
   In this section, participants will be given an explanation on how to arrange question items offline using an Excel Spreadsheet, including an introduction to various types of question formats and skip logic settings.

2. Import Inquiry Form
   In this section, participants will learn how to adopt Excel Spreadsheets into KoboToolbix to convert them into digital form questionnaires.

3. Data Retrieval
   In this section, participants will be explained how to capture data attractively (offline) using the KoBoCollect application which can be downloaded on Google Play.

4. Export Response
   As the last stage, participants will be explained how to get answers that can be viewed directly online or downloaded to various csv, excel, and SPSS.
