How I finally got a job again

Good Morning

Is raining here and I will love to know the weather condition of your area currently. So many people have already worn their cardigan and sweaters to avoid cold, today is Saturday my off day and I will be going to work tomorrow morning which means I won't be able to go to church. I want to share a unique post in this community, off course we don't need to be creating only diary game posts and contests entries, sometimes is important to create posts that are unique.

My wonderful story

Earlier this year I started working in an eatery after looking for jobs for months. I managed to get a job at the ending of last year but I stopped the work because they were demolishing buildings close to our road as the government plans to expand the road and our shop was close to the road so I became jobless again, I was blogging in steemit all these while and I still started looking for a job.

My father saw a bakery but is now an eatery as well, my father wanted me to work but the owner of the place which is now by boss by God's grace said there's no vacancy at all and I never knew my father had a smart and intelligent plan after he got such a reply from my boss. My father left before he thought of his intelligent plan. He didn't even tell anyone until it was accomplished.

My father went back to my boss while I was still at home and told him that he will love me to be learning how to bake somethings in the bakery, he doesn't need to pay me any salary, my boss agreed immediately and is ok with him for her to learn for free as long as she will be a cleaner inside the bakery of the eatery. This was how I began to learn how to bake somethings since I can bake few already, I won't say I went there to learn everything.

Two weeks later one of the workers messed up and my boss got angry with her and sacked her, my boss congratulated me and made me a worker immediately, he said he will be paying me salary and I got excited and shared the good news to my dad who finally revealed it was all his plan. He told us that if the boss sacks one person, he will definitely make me a worker instead of him stressing himself looking for someone else when am available.

I got half of the salary because I became a worker at the beginning of the month. Another happened in the counter where the biggest job is being done, one of the workers made mistakes which resulted to the company's loss.

I got promoted to that category by God's grace and that was when I got more stressed out because when I was working in the bakery I used to close by 7pm and now am in the counter making sales and balancing account, I close by 11pm and my elder brother is the one that escort me home since is dangerous for a girl to be walking alone by that time of the day.

I will work today and get a shift tomorrow and that's how it rotates. My shift or off day will be on Saturday this week and it will now fall on Sunday the following week. I have learnt alot of things from this my work and I really thank God for his mercy and grace. My salary is what I use to support my parents as they aren't wealthy, my elder brother and I have been supporting them.
