Who wouldn't be any less but happy on reaching the destination of a tough journey?

Pharmacy school had been a train on rough terrains with lots of hooks and setbacks.
It has been a mixture of sweet, bitter, sour and sweet again 🥰

---

It all started so fast and rough with many downsides but now, there are past, they were just steps to help me climb the big ladder.

---

It was my Induction and oath taking ceremony into the pharmacy profession held at University of Uyo uyo, Akwaibom state. Happiness can't exactly describe how I felt.

---

I arrived at the venue quite earlier as was expected from us. The joy on the faces of friends, family members and invited guests was enormous. I could see everyone hugging and bursting into tears. I could see our faculty Dean looking back at us and knodding in satisfaction. Our lecturers could not stop smiling, they understood what we've gone through in the past few years.

Friends and family members turned up in mass.
Friends held my hands tight( more like, girl I'm with you).
I won't fail to mention friends like @eliany @ubongudofot @kay-owobia who stood by me just to ensure I had the best day ever. Thank you so much I will never forget your kind gestures and generosity.

I looked back at my colleagues and smiled at the fact that we made it together.

I smiled even more when I was handed my license and pharmacist Oath.

I smiled at the fact that Dad and mum are proud of me.

You can imagine a fresher being told on her first day in school "Ubiere I doubt you'd make it in pharmacy school, have you heard stories of that school?"

I now understand the story better, the stress, sleepless nights, anxiety, pressure, tears, sadness, everything paid off.

The event climaxed with the actual oath taking. As I said the words after the PCN registrar, I felt this sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. I felt a sense of responsibility. The journey has however just begun.

After the occasion at school, my family organized a refreshment party for friends and family members who came to celebrate with me.

We had fun as we ate and drank to success. I got a very lovely cake from my siblings and friends.

During my journey in pharmacy school, I picked golds(pre opus stones) on my way. Golden friends like Tiyo abasi, Precious Ekpotu, Emem Jimmy, Glorious Attat, Edidiong Equere, the list is endless. My story won't be complete without these guys.
