Congratulations on your Internal defence Presentation, I could remember when I did mine, the tension I had can't be compared to the tension I had when I did my external defence presentation...

I am keen to read your external defence presentation when you post it, maybe you can tag me.

And by the way, is your Induction date fixed yet?

I may attain it if you tell me on time and if I am around you by then..., [It's not a promise though].
