Indeed even if you don't use the hashtag # burnsteem25 you still are noticed and a message arrives wherein you are thanked for your (generous) gift.

crypto gamer (kryptogamer) is the name and if we scroll through the old posts we know what the account was used for before. Also for crypto, Steem, investing so to speak.
But... if th kryptogamer says thanks instead of @ null and both show no transfers the question arises: where does the Steem flow to? Is it burned on the way to the account? I doubt it. Just like you, I am not a Steem transfer specialist, I don't know all the ins and outs of blockchain transfers but I do remember very well a pot where was said that all Steem transferred to null would remain in that account forever.
I know Curiousite kills the cat but I can't help dying to know if there's another null and how much the small accounts by now gave away to save Steem.
How to give Steem a better value? I believe by making it more attractive to investors no matter if they are big or small.
