Can you give some examples because I don't have drama on a daily base in my life. I wonder if what you call drama is what we would label as such.

It's interesting to hear the drama is involved in the culture, films, books... I wonder about the reason. Is it to make the people feel better, to ventilate to say "It's fine to exaggerate if you want to be noticed"?
Are you aware that dramatic attitude cause an averse by many nationalities?

Yes certainly. In life there can be drama in families between siblings, for instance if a person marries someone their sibling didn’t approve of they stop talking to each other. Or sometimes siblings do various things to get the property for themselves. There can be drama created in office spaces where people gossip about each other. So yes there can be such kind of drama on a day to day basis in a negative manner
