I hope this will work but after years of trying I have strong doubts. I myself receive plenty of comments which contain copy-pasted text I wrote. Apparently it works since I haven't read anyone complaints.
Next to that at least 60% of the comments are like:
You wrote..... You said....and you say too that.... I wish you good luck with the contest.
If interaction with Steemians is required we shouldn't count words but see if there's real contact, if there's a discussion or chat.
Another problem is time is limited and most of us join too many communities to be active everywhere. It's impossible and those who join each contest mentioned in @steemitblog will not comment each post perhaps upvote but even that is not a habit.
Thank you for providing feedback on this initiative, I feel trying is a positive thing, at least I want to help active newcomers to encourage them to interact. With SP limitations their activities will be very limited, I try to help them, then one of the other positive impacts is increasing active community posters, and establishing Positive interactions between fellow steemians.
This is a challenge and I will continue to make other breakthroughs if I fail. I want my presence here to have a positive impact on other users, not just through Charity but all other sectors according to my abilities.

@dove11 started to help those <50 too but there is no more SP needed for a copy-paste or a good one like yours.
With low SP it is possible to post once a day, upvote 10 people (I would say be picky sees who answers), one can read endlessly and comment a few times. If a newb starts with 3-5 comments it goes fast.
Also a newb should post in communities not keep posting between/in the same community they write their introduction. They will be hardly noticed. Most will read and upvote trending only.

You are Right, this is just an initial concept as the environment space can be changed after evaluating the results. I will change it on a comprehensive scale even though it takes a lot of time to reach the interactions that are built.
