Hello to all steemians in this community!
Thanks to @sabbirrr for this awesome contest, I am very eager to share my own version of cooking vegetable- spring rolls.
We all know that vegetables are good source of vitamins and minerals and these are beneficial to our body.
Here are the ingredients I used:
1 onion
2 carrots
2 potatoes
1 cabbage
spring roll wrapper
edible oil
5 teaspoons fish sauce
1 teaspoon seasoning mix
The cooking process:
First, peel the carrots, potatoes, onion, and cabbage.
Then wash the peeled vegetables.
Slice all the ingredients: carrots, potatoes, onion, and cabbage
After slicing, prepare the frying pan.
When it's already hot, put 5 teaspoons of edible oil.
Saute the onion, carrots, potatoes, and cabbage.
Add 5 teaspoons of fish sauce and 1 teaspoon of seasoning mix.
Mix it evenly and let it cook for 5 minutes in a medium heat.
After 5 minutes, transfer it to the plate for wrapping.
Wrap the cooked vegetables using spring roll wrappers.
You may use water in the spring roll wrappers for easy wrapping.
Then prepare the frying pan in frying the vegetables spring rolls.
Fry the vegetables spring rolls in a medium heat until it turns into golden brown.
Put it into the plate with tissue paper to lessen the oil, then transfer it to another plate.
That's it! Vegetables Spring Rolls are ready to be served.
