"Adobong Chicken Isaw" is a Filipino "exotic dish" . The main ingredients of this dish is chicken small intestines. Sounds like it's a disgusting dish, but as the saying goes "Don't judge the book by it's cover" because many people likes to eat this kind of dish most especially if paired with alcohol or any kind of beverages. I can also say this also serves as the best "pulutan" in our country. There are also many restaurants here serves this kind of food with a different way of cooking like "Fried Isaw, Isaw barbecue, or Spicy Isaw" but for today's blog I choosed to cook chicken small intestines in a adobo way.
