Is buying votes profitable these days?
I don't know but it's helps everyone make more curation I think and it also makes the post more visible to everyone

How do you buy votes ?
Well i am not so sure on all of the services these days, I know @tipu is one. Basically you transfer Steem or SBD to the service, with the link to your post in the memo. Or you can delegate to services and they give you an upvote depending on your delegation.
For instance, we take delegation, and in return give you an upvote once per day. Your delegation helps our efforts to manually curate the cannabis community.
