Just get out of your own way and write without thought of anyone reading it. You can decide whether or not you want to share afterwards. That's how I deal with the block(s).
I often write and then press the clear/delete button but I sometimes struggle with that too.
How have you been doing though? Why are you not on Hive? Or are you?
