RE: Writing course / Curso de escritura #wewrite - L2
Hi @joslud
If you would check every comment left behind concerning the tasks of Lesson 1 you will see that entries of Task 1 were posted long after the deadline and these posts did receive a report and I did tell these participants to post Task 2 + Task 3 as well.
Like you said Venezuela is not the only country dealing with wifi issues so do I and others, moderators and curators included and we all should stick to deadlines if it comes to the reports.
Of course we can work with a team of 20 reading all entries but you know just like me that this will affect the way the content is measured. If in 2 years someone likes to join these lessons and I am still alive I will gladly give them a reply on the tasks they fulfilled.
For your information: I posted Lesson 2 early on my Sunday morning! At that time it was still Saturday with you. This means there are 4 days to visit 3 communities to leave 4 comments. If this is not possible because of a blackout of 1 week or longer my hands are tight.
I like to add that we all know that if we learn consistency is important and not doing all tasks within 2 hours on Saturday night.
I understand your concern and if this means fewer people join, there is not much I can do to change about it.
By the way I noticed many join more than one Teaching Team. It should be considered that taking part at #wewrite is not the same as writing one entry for a Sec contest with a template.
To my opinion there is room enough to join and no one will say an entry is not valid unkess it is plagiarism or AI-generated text.
Thank you for sharing your concerns.
