Only 22 communities out of all the communities have a Booming Upvote. You can only receive them if the community is active, grows, can be there are more rules I never asked for them. For sure you can find them if you search.

Booming upvotes are meant for those who are active in the community, on Steemit and since you are just 12 days here you will not be in the category next to that it's not meant for the founder/ADM of a community at the first place.
