Fried Sweet Potatoes|Snacks @rfprincess

Good day to my steemit friends especially here in steemit Japan. I once again cooked a snack made of sweet potatoes.

There are many things to do with sweet potatoes depending on what you want to cook. The name I cooked was sweet potato fried. What I did was peel the sweet potato and soak it in the sun for an hour to dry the sweet potato a bit because if you notice the flesh is a bit wet. Then I heated the pan and put oil on it, and I fry the sweet potatoes until cooked, and while cooking I put brown sugar and mix well until the sugar melts and sticks to the sweet potatoes.

And when the sugar sticks to the sweet potato it is cooked and ready to eat. It is delicious to eat with friends and family.
