Homemade Cathedral Gulaman |Dessert @rfprincess

Good day to all my friends here at Steem Japan and to all my fellow steemians around the world. Today I made another dessert that you will surely love, especially the children, because it is so delicious and colorful. It is called Cathedral Gulaman.

Cathedral Gulaman is often prepared for special occasions such as Christmas, birthday parties, and new year. Its ingredients are simple and affordable and easy to make, and its main ingredient is gelatin.

There are many different methods of making cathedral gelatin, depending on the ingredients that will be mixed in the gelatin, but depending on your preferences.

Here are my ingredients:

• Master Gulaman jelly powder
• 3 Fresh milk
• 1 can of mixed fruits
• 1 can of sliced mango
• 1 can of condensed milk

Preparation.
I put in a Tupperware a sachet of Master gelatin and put 3 cups of fresh milk and also put 4 glasses of water and stirred until the gelatin dissolved and mixed 1 can of condensed milk and stirred, can be tasted to find out if the sweetness is just right for the taste.

Then I heated the wok and I cooked the mixture over low heat only and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Meanwhile, I prepared the other ingredients sliced ​​mango and mix fruits, and placed them in a bowl and then I mixed the cooked mixture.

and let cool and place in the refrigerator of and the bowl in which it is placed will serve as the cathedral gelatin mold. You can also use different molds of your choice such as heart shape. It is delicious to eat when cold and can also be garnished on top of the cathedral gelatin.
