THE DIARY GAME : 22-06-2021 | Starting the Day with Green Leaf + Rice - What Activities Did I Do Today?
Today I will tell you in detail what I did on 22-06-2021.
I woke up at 09:00 this morning. I routinely wash my hands and face, then brush my teeth. The air temperatures have started to increase gradually where I live and it is at least 30 degrees during the day, and I can say that the best thing to start the day with warm water is to take a shower. Then I prepared a delicious meal for breakfast with green leaves and rice stuffing. We can call this dish stuffed with green leaves. I chose to prepare this this morning, as it is very tasty to eat, although the calorie is slightly higher due to rice alone. I finished my breakfast with a few slices of tomato, a few slices of bread and a plate of yogurt.
After I finished my breakfast, I went to my computer room. We currently have two existing charity events that I have started in the SteemFoods Community. I shared our medicine donation for families with health problems, I reached our first family and shared the report of it. I've been very busy this week, and the saddest news of the day is the fall in the price of steem and sbd, I can say that there is a sharp fall and worries in the crypto money market in general. Frankly, no one expected such a sharp drop, today the price of steem fell below $0.20. Hopefully we'll see a price rise again soon and see a price above $1, because that's also greatly reduced our voting power on the -steemitfoods account. I finished my day by studying the cryptocurrency market and eating my chocolate covered mini ice cream.
