All About Nature | In The Lap of Mother Nature

As I go to this rural church frequently on Sundays, I drive a little further ahead. I find this lush greenery and gorgeous surroundings which are ideal for going for a nature walk for about an hour or more and enjoying the calmness of rural areas.

This place is not far from my residence so I reach here within an hour as the traffic on Sundays is not that heavy. I enjoy the greenery as I drive and can't resist my desire to capture a few on the way to church.

I park my car or scooter and walk to hear the melodious chirping of beautiful birds, which will surely enchant your mind and soul. It reduces my stress, depression, and anxiety levels and allows me to enjoy every single moment to the fullest.

Walking in the midst of nature, listening to the chirping of birds, and seeing beautiful creatures, anxiety, and stress disappear, and blood pressure remains under control, which promotes heart health.

This trail is a wonderful experience for nature lovers and peace seekers who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and relieve stress.

Walking is beneficial not only for my mind but also for the health of my entire body, as I want to age gracefully.

I visit rural areas every once in a while. This removes stress and anxiety and also improves my overall health.

Whenever I feel tired and bored in my busy city life, I come here for a different feeling that refreshes my mind and soul and rejuvenates me all over again.

I feel it every time I go into the midst of nature. My trip not only introduces me to adventure but also encourages me to breathe fresh air and come back closer to Mother Nature.

I feel this is the reason I see so many people out here and the number of people going on nature trips, and every time I see the number of people increasing, I feel better.

I am sure if we walk in nature, it will boost our mood and also help us stay physically fit.

Whenever I get time, I try to go to the surrounding natural environment. This gives me peace of mind, and my body remains healthy.

Moving through the environment allows me to focus my mind on specific smells, sounds, and other environmental details.

It is considered the first step towards mindfulness, and I believe nature trips are the beginning of meditation and mindfulness.

You know I am sick of the city and its heavy transport, so I come out of the city as and when possible in the fresh air and feel as if I have been allotted a new lease on life for a new beginning.

Trees are natural oxygen providers or pollution cleaners. When you are on a trip to nature, the air that you breathe is definitely cleaner, which makes us healthier.

Nature travel will boost our souls, boost our immunity, and improve our mood. Mental health issues have increased in recent years, which can include depression and anxiety.

Taking frequent walks outside in a calm and natural environment not only reduces the symptoms of depression and anxiety but also brings me back full of enthusiasm and ready to work.

Traveling gives me happiness and provides peace to my mind, as it takes all the stress away. I am sure even people who suffer from mental or physical health issues benefit from participating in nature travel.

A view of the beach, a walk on a forest trail, or sitting under the shade of a tree and gazing at the clouds is a sure stress buster, as it helps relieve depression.
