My Application for Community Curators for March

Dear Steemit team,

This is my submission post to join the curator community for March. Kind regards and thanks for the opportunity to participate in the community curator application for March. This is an opportunity for me to contribute and increase my participation to support the growth of Steemit.

With these personal submissions as well as omissions for the team and curation theme it is a judiciously managed administrative move. A model like this will provide many opportunities for everyone to get value on their quality posts. This is fair management, where so far many quality posts have been overlooked due to some curators who may have affiliated some users.

This method will provide an opportunity to extend support for quality posts on any topic, even for valuable comments. This will also make it easier for curators to find quality posts in any topic on the home page and improve our work wisely. In fact every quality post has a chance to get random endorsements and allows all users to get rewarded within that time, without having to chase on topics and tagging.

I really appreciate the new governance created by the Steemit team, based on various considerations including transparency and fairness applied, so I am very interested in applying to become curator for March. The following is a number of data and information that I attach, hopefully this can be a consideration for the Steemit team to provide it to me as a curator.

A brief summary of your history on Steem.

I have joined Steemit since 2017-08-03, with various experiences and knowledge that I have gained on the Steemit platform. Since joining Steemit in 2017 I have actively joined the Indonesian Steemit Community, I am also actively participating in meet up events and steemit promotions carried out by the Indonesian Steemit Community. I continued to grow independently to join a number of projects during that time, such as the Qurator project, Steemit Bloggers, Steemit Education, Ambassador for Steem Promotion and the Oracle-D project in 2018-2019.

Until 2021, I am back on Steemit with various ideas and contributions to the Steem ecosystem. I run and lead for charitable, environmental and steemit promotion projects which are managed through the Steem For SDGs project. As long as the project is running with Steemit support, we have published a number of news about the Steemit project through the online news portal web.

During 2021 I am also actively carrying out meet up activities and steemit learning activities, we call it Learn With Steem Goes to Cafe and Resto. It is an activity to share knowledge about steemit and recruit people to join Steemit. I also adopted a number of Oracle-D projects and steem promotion Ambassadors aimed at increasing steemit promotions.

Since 2021-2022 I have supported several communities to grow by involving myself as a Moderator, such as for the SIZ community, Steem Kids, Steem Japan, Business Activity, Steem Travelers, yes maybe some of them have improved the platform. In 2022 until now I have dedicated myself to the growth of the Steem ecosystem by creating a Steem-Database and Steemit Travel community.

In February-March 2022 I had experience as a team curator for the Lifestyle theme with several other team members. February 2023 I joined the Moderator team for the CCS community founded by @visionaer3003. Until now I have focused on leading and managing the Steem-Database, Steemit Travel and CCS communities. Currently my position is as Admin and Moderator fot this communities.

Details of specialist or professional skills or expertise you have in 'real life'.

In real life I work as a trainer for scouting education, reporter, host and event organizers, I am also active as a social worker, citizen journalism for Aceh Satu.com and WWF. I am also a team from the Human Initiative Volunter Energy which has been officially registered. I also have an online shop business, namely polaroid photo printing and design and banner printing services.

What country you live in and what languages ​​you can read fluently.

I live in Indonesia, to be precise, in Kuta Glumpang Village, Samudera District, North Aceh Regency, Aceh Province. I can read fluently Indonesian, Malay, and English, currently I am also learning to deepen my English specifically.

Your key stats - own SP, CSI, Reputation, Delegations.

I have SP 3,717.32 SP ( 16,654.68 - 12,937.36 ) with 3,000 more STEEM which I have brought back for investment in 2021. Voting CSI 15.1 ( 1.10 % self, 115 upvotes, 80 accounts, last 7d ). I'm currently on a reputation 74 with delegates up to 12,937 SP to support community accounts.

Any subjects you particularly enjoy curating.

In general I am interested in topics: steemit promotion, lifestyle, finance, travel, food, business, gardens, blockchain and crypto technology, creative writing, diary game, & charity projects.I can search for content directly through the main page on the "all post" feature.

The minimum team size you would be willing to serve in (1 - 7).

To be able to work optimally at least a 5-7 person team that will provide support prospects to manage curator accounts. I am also willing to be a New Comer curator team.

This is my submission post to become a community curator for March. Hopefully this post can be a consideration for the Steemit team. For the various experiences and dedication that I have run on Steemit, I really hope to be chosen as curator for this project.
