Plan to Use TRON Reward Allocation for Community Account Development - Steemit Travel

Hello friends of Stemit Travel, I hope you are always in good health and blessed.

In this post we want to release about the allocation of the use of TRON (TRX) rewards obtained through the Steemit Travel community account (@hive-163291). Basically we want to increase STEEM POWER community accounts that can provide more value when curating on quality posts. So, we will use 100% STEEM/SBD rewards to power up and reach more resources in the community.

We hope to increase the community account resources because relying on delegation is not the solution. Delegators may at any time withdraw their delegates from the community account. Meanwhile, if you have more resources on the owner account, we can provide more value in the post.

Increasing resources is our only focus in managing rewards. Meanwhile, to support operations and engagement in the community, we will use TRON (TRX) rewards. We will allocate 50% of the TRON obtained in the community account to support operations, engagement and marketing.

While the remaining 50% of rewards will be used fully converted to STEEM and in POWER UP. Currently we are focusing on a 50/50 formation to support activities and increase resources.

The following are the details of the allocation of TRX rewards to support Steemit Travel community activities:

1. 25% TRX will be allocated to support the implementation of the contest and engagement.

2. 25% TRX will be allocated to support potential projects, such as: charity, promotion and marketing, workshops, meet ups.

3. 50% TRX will be used to convert to STEEM and in POWER UP.

Regarding the use of TRX reward allocations, a report will be made every month. The report will include the amount of rewards earned during the one month period as well as the amount of TRX that has been allocated to the three points above. The first report about this project will be made on 19 August for the period 19 July - 19 August 2022 through the account @hive-163291.

Meanwhile, for now the Steemit Travel community has 172 TRX (data until July 18). Thus we will allocate TRX as follows:

• 43 TRX for contest support until 18 August 2022

• 43 TRX will be saved to support potential projects for community development and marketing, as mentioned in point 2.

• 86 TRX will be allocated for STEEM POWER UP, transaction will be done soon.

We hope that this well-targeted use of TRX allocations can support the increase in activities and resources of the Steemit Travel community. Thus the update report for the development of the Steemit Travel community.
